Weekly challenge - Week without coffee ☕️
This is a tough one! But you can do it.
The only path to growth involves discomfort
Trust me, I wish it wasn't so, but there's no way around it (pls let me know if you find one...). I hate discomfort, give me an internet connected device, and watch me waste an amount of time you didn't even imagine possible. Trust me it's a lot...
Taking on small challenges has helped me get out of my comfort zone, complete tasks, get closer to my goals, and be happier.
Challenge yourself for a week not to drink coffee.
"I can start my day without coffee!"
"Don't talk to me before I had my coffee!"
"I must have my post-lunch coffee or I'll fall asleep in the next meeting"
"I'm not addicted"
These are just a few of the stories I told myself, but after doing this challenge a number of times it showed me that I'm strong than I think, and that I don't need coffee as much as I think.
I really enjoy drinking a nice cup of coffee, and I still enjoy my daily cup (sometimes 2 cups).
Challenge yourself to grow, step slightly out of your comfort zone.
